Fairy Tail: My Magic Is Yugi Muto'S Card Deck

Chapter 7: Chase vs Natsu

"Hey Ches! Quickly tell me what that Dragon looked like!"

It wasn't until Natsu's familiar voice rang out that Lucy snapped out of her emo state and slowly stood up.

Looking up, she saw Natsu rush over to Ches in a few strides, grabbing the collar of Ches's shirt and shaking him vigorously, spittle flying everywhere.

This impulsive and boisterous personality gave Ches a headache.

To get rid of this guy's persistent nagging, he found a bar table and sat down, and surrounded by the Fairy Tail members, he began to describe the scene at the time, intentionally downplaying certain aspects.

Although he deliberately hid the name Ignia and very seriously emphasized the terror of the giant Dragon, after listening, Natsu didn't stand rooted to the spot with a face full of shock like his other companions, but instead waved at Happy and hurried towards the Guild door.

“Happy! Let's go, to the Kilteana Continent, that Fire Dragon definitely knows about Igneel!”

“Aye!”

Happy didn't say a word, spread his wings, and followed.

His companions were all greatly surprised and rushed forward to persuade him.

Going to confront that extremely dangerous monster without any preparation was simply courting death!

But Natsu, eager to find his father, couldn't care less about all that and didn't listen to a single word.

“Hey Natsu,” Ches said calmly.

“Ches, do you want to stop me too?” Natsu pushed away Elfman's pull and turned back to look at Ches.

“I wouldn't do that; where you want to go is your freedom.”

Ches shrugged, “But the Kilteana Continent is so big, don't you want to know the exact location where that Fire Dragon appeared?”

Hearing this, Natsu, who had already walked out the door, immediately changed direction.

Just as he was about to open his mouth to ask, Ches, under the puzzled gazes of everyone, picked up an ant from the crack in the floor tile at his feet and placed it on the bar table: “Ask it.”

The Fairy Tail members: Σ(゚д゚lll)?

The ant biting a breadcrumb: (´・ω・`)

“What kind of joke is this! You bastard Ches, are you messing with me? This is clearly just an ordinary ant!”

Natsu seemed genuinely angry, he shouted, and with a backhand swing, unleashed scorching flames, burning that poor little ant to ashes.

“That's the answer it gave, Natsu.”

Seeing that Natsu had indeed fallen for it, Ches straightened up slightly.

He blew the charred ant corpse into dust in one breath, looked up casually, and met Natsu's angry gaze.

“This ant is me at that time, and you are that Fire Dragon of unknown origin.”

“A monster with absolutely overwhelming power wouldn't give a weakling like an ant a chance to speak, let alone exchange information.”

“I don't know what kind of personality the Igneel you speak of has, but that monstrous creature with a tyrannical temper definitely wouldn't get along friendly with people.”

Listening to Ches's words, Natsu felt as if a basin of cold water had been splashed on him, the veins bulging on his forehead gradually dissipated, and his mood instantly became dejected.

He really wanted to persevere and argue, but his actions just now had blocked all his escape routes.

Unless he was crazy, it was indeed impossible for him to sit down and have a conversation with an ant...

Seeing that the desired effect had been achieved, Ches stood up with a smile and raised his hand to pat Natsu's shoulder.

“Instead of running around like a headless fly, it's better to work hard to make yourself stronger.”

“When you can defeat me, I will tell you the exact location where that red Dragon appeared.”

With that said, Ches no longer paid attention to Natsu, who had lowered his head and fallen into a state of turmoil, and started walking, preparing to return to his residence in Magnolia.

Just as Makarov had seen, after fighting Ignia and traveling for two days and two nights, he was indeed quite tired at this moment.

Who knew that not long after he walked out, a scorching aura swept over from behind, causing the surrounding temperature to rise by several degrees.

“Hehe, so, all I have to do is beat you now, right!!!”

Natsu regained his energy, a signature confident smile on his lips, his right fist blazing with flames.

“Mr. Ches said so much, and you only listened to the last sentence...”

Burning fiercely along with Natsu's Dragon Slayer Magic was also Lucy's complaining spirit.

She sighed deeply, holding her forehead, unable to watch.

“Natsu always has such a cute way of doing things~”

A sweet voice came from beside her, Lucy turned her head to look, and saw that Mira had come to her side at some point.

“C-cute?”

Lucy's mouth couldn't help but twitch, she really couldn't agree.

“Yup!” Mira nodded heavily with a smile.

Glancing at Natsu, who was eager to swing his flaming fist, Lucy asked with some concern, “Speaking of which, do we really not need to stop Natsu? The Guild will definitely be completely destroyed, right?”

This time wasn't like the casual greeting when Mr. Ches first returned; she could clearly feel that Natsu was serious!

The tragic state of Harujion Port was still vivid in her memory.

“No need, although Natsu is indeed strong, there's still a big gap between him and an S-Class, Ches definitely won't let him mess around.”

Mira's smile remained, showing considerable confidence.

“Speaking of S-Class, Mira, you went up to the second floor just now, right?” Lucy blinked her beautiful big eyes and asked with some curiosity.

According to the Guild Master, the second floor is only accessible to S-Class Mages, so this seemingly harmless Mira in front of her...

“That's right, don't let my appearance fool you, I'm also an S-Class Mage of Fairy Tail.” Mira tilted her head and chuckled lightly, adding, “Although I can't compare to Ches and the others at all.”

“Huh?!!!” Lucy exclaimed.

“But Lucy, you're still a newcomer, it's a bit too early to aim for an S-Class position, first work hard on more mission requests.”

“...So I look like such an ambitious person?!”

Lucy pointed to herself with a bewildered and ashamed expression.

Boom!

A sudden explosion interrupted their conversation.

Looking up, they saw that the side wall of the Guild had been directly smashed with a big hole, with wood chips flying everywhere.

On the street outside the big hole, Natsu lay in a pile of broken tables and chairs, seeing stars and questioning his life.

With just one hit, Ches had completely incapacitated him!

“So fast, he was defeated too quickly! And...”

Looking at the mess inside the Guild, Lucy couldn't help but complain, “This is going too far, isn't it!”

Natsu indeed didn't get a chance to mess around, but Mr. Ches, he was the destroyer they needed to be most wary of!!

As soon as the words left her mouth, Lucy realized something was wrong and quickly covered her mouth.

Unfortunately, it was too late, and she could already hear sobbing filled with self-blame.

“Waaah, Ches hasn't been back for so long, I subconsciously overlooked him, I'm sorry Lucy, I should have listened to you and stopped them in time...”

Mira covered her face with her hands, tears streaming down from between her fair fingers.

“No, it's not your fault, Mira!”

Lucy was flustered on the spot and started comforting her in a hurry.
