Yu Dong clenched the letter tightly in her hand as she looked at the letter, red hot rage coursed through her body and she let out a furious hiss, she wished she could rush after the woman who threw the stone at them but she knew that chasing after the woman would result in nothing. ” You don’t need to worry about this, for the time being, keep your windows close unless I come to your room, okay?” She told him with a guttural edge in her voice, she was having a hard time staying back instead of chasing the woman.

” You can go after the woman if you want to, I am fine,” Xiao Hua told Yu Dong, he knew that she wanted to chase the woman but was stopping herself because of him. She was worried that he was startled by what happened just now, though he was scared there was no need for him to hold Yu Dong back.

Yu Dong however shook her head. ” There is no point in going after the one who threw the stone, now that the matter of the corpses being found out has been spread among the villagers, I don’t think that the woman behind all of this would be foolish enough to do something this crazy, most probably she must have hired someone to throw this letter.”

” Even then wouldn’t catching them will bring you closer to the culprit?” asked Xiao Hua.

” If that woman was so easy to catch then someone would have caught her by now,”  said Yu Dong with dull eyes.
