"This great Dominator, Zhou Qi, possesses unimaginable power, but he is also benevolent. The Insectoid Kin will not harm us. From now on, we can still live on this land and will receive protection!" Under Zhou Qi's meticulous planning and the tireless efforts of various races working day and night, it had undergone earth-shattering changes.

The city's scale expanded rapidly, its boundaries constantly extending outwards. What was once barren land was now filled with towering buildings and bustling figures, brimming with vibrant life and vitality.

The previously captive races made their own choices regarding whether to stay or leave.

Some races, harboring deep affection for their former tribal homelands, embarked on the journey back, led by their Parasite-controlled high-ranking members.

Taking the Dog-Headed Human tribe as an example, the elders of the tribe were deeply attached to the land where their ancestors had lived for generations; every inch of it carried their memories.

During the reconstruction of their home, they also introduced Hope City's advanced defensive concepts, meticulously setting up clever traps around the tribe.
