Infinitely Strengthen Insects, I Became The Insect King

Chapter 50: The Origin of Uka

The coordination of the Fifth-Order Four Fiend Insect Soldiers was seamless, as if they were born for battle and slaughter.

Several Rank 10 Annam Centipedes moved their thousand legs in unison, seeming to glide across the ground, weaving back and forth through the rat swarm, each attack precise beyond compare.

Its venomous fangs were like the scythe of the Grim Reaper; with just a light bite, the rats instantly lost the power to resist, collapsing to the ground. Its dense, long legs were like rows of sharp blades, where they passed, flesh and blood flew.

It also spewed poisonous smoke from its mouth, and for a time, the inside of the passage was covered by a green, unsettling gas. One by one, the mutated rats’ movements became sluggish, and their skin became corroded like that of a toad, with large venomous sores appearing.

On the other side, the 5th Order Thorn Horned Beetle, comparable in size to a medium-sized dog and possessing huge thorny horns, activated its Intermediate Titan Overlord Body and Intermediate Titan Power.

They were like tanks plowing through everything, relying on their incredibly strong physiques to forcefully carve a bloody path through the rat swarm.

Each of its collisions could send several rats flying. With its long thorny horns and thick segmented limbs, mutated rats beneath it were crushed into a bloody pulp, their bones and flesh mingling, a truly tragic sight.

The Fifth-Order Four Fiend Insect Soldier was even more imposing, with its Four Fiends Insect Soldiers Power fully unleashed, looking like a demon god that had crawled out of Hell.

Its body emanated a chilling black mist, and the segmented limbs in its hands were enveloped in dense Evil Qi, transforming into an indestructible Divine Weapon. Wielded, they roared with power, leaving trails of black afterimages.

Mutated rats that attempted to approach it were disemboweled before they could even clearly see its movements, blood splattering everywhere, internal organs scattered across the ground, turning the entire passage into a Hell on Earth.

Though the endless, accumulated mutated rat swarm was numerous and initially stubbornly resisted with the Aura of “many ants can bite an elephant to death,”

as the Insect Soldiers’ offensive grew fiercer, they gradually couldn't hold on.

The mutated rats’ screams rose and fell, and their formerly fierce eyes now held only deep fear.

They began to flee in disarray, like a swarm of headless flies, desperately running towards the depths of the cave. Some mutated rats were even trampled into meat paste by their companions who pushed them down.

Seeing the rats flee, the Insect Soldiers did not pursue. Like well-trained soldiers, they quickly gathered around Uka, who lay collapsed on the ground.

Several Fifth-Order Four Fiend Insect Soldiers gently touched Uka with their antennae, communicating with each other, looking as if they were discussing something important.

Subsequently, two 5th Order Thorn Horned Beetles stepped forward, used their hard segmented limbs to lift Uka, and carried him along the passage, returning to the White Snake Mountain Underground Base.

Along the way, Uka was both startled and afraid, but his body was so weak that he couldn't even struggle. He could only let the Insect Soldiers do as they pleased, his heart filled with despair and unwillingness.

By now, night had fallen. The chirping of cicadas and katydids that occasionally echoed in the quiet dense forest had also fallen silent.

A long, Dragon-like procession was slowly emerging from the depths of the Huangshi Mountain Range. Wherever it passed, all things fell silent!

It was as if sensing the terrifying nature of this procession, no life dared to violate its majesty.

Soon, they returned to the White Snake Mountain Underground Base. Zhou Qi had already received the news through the Nine-Order Army Ant Queen and was now waiting in the gloomy Underground Base.

Inside the underground grotto, Ten-Order Fireflies emitted a soft white light. The underground lake was silent, its surface undisturbed, adding a touch of mystery to the place.

The Fifth-Order Insect Soldiers brought Uka into the underground grotto and placed him before Zhou Qi.

Uka laboriously raised his head, and the moment he saw Zhou Qi, an endless fear and humiliation surged within him. His eyes flickered with a helpless light, and in the end, he still couldn't escape the fate of being used as a Puppet.

Zhou Qi crossed his arms over his chest, observing Uka with interest, a meaningful smile on his face: “Little fellow, we meet again.”

Uka’s heart suddenly trembled, filled with doubt. What was the origin of this human?

Zhou Qi connected his Mental Energy to it and continued, “Your Mental Energy is very strange, like someone forcibly stuffing a large jar into a beverage bottle. Could it be that you are a Reincarnation or a Possession Rebirth?”

Feeling the Mental Energy of this Little Taicang Dragon, which far surpassed the other two, Zhou Qi couldn't help but be startled and began to guess its true identity.

As for whether it was a natural talent, Zhou Qi certainly didn't believe it. After all, it was like how humans couldn't give birth to a Hulk; similar in form, but completely different in spirit.

Uka listened to what Zhou Qi said, his heart full of terror. He lowered his head, secretly gritting his teeth, but he knew deeply that he had no capital to resist now, so he could only swallow this Qi for the time being.

Zhou Qi watched the undisguised panic in Uka’s Mental Energy fluctuations, a triumphant, sinister smile curving his lips.

No matter how much it tried to maintain composure, its Mental Energy had a momentary lapse that Zhou Qi perceived.

Zhou Qi narrowed his eyes, and a faint, almost imperceptible, pale white Mental Energy halo surged around his body. Then, he increased the output of his Mental Energy.

In an instant, Uka felt as if a bomb had been placed in his mind. With a “boom,” intense pain struck, as if thousands of red-hot steel needles were frantically stirring, making his brain feel as if it was about to boil.

Past memories surged uncontrollably, like a bursting dam.

Ancient and mysterious scenes, like a movie, appeared one by one in Zhou Qi’s Mental Energy perception:

It was a vast and boundless prehistoric ocean, its edges far beyond sight. Surging waves violently crashed against the reefs, creating deafening sounds.

Enormous Tai Cang Dragons dominated within it, majestic and awe-inspiring. Each swing of their tails could stir up huge waves. In that sea area, they were the undisputed overlords.

Immediately, the scene abruptly shifted. A colossal beast, glowing faintly in the morning sun, appeared, its body incredibly massive.

The surrounding Tai Cang Dragons were covered by its shadow. Three huge Dragon heads were adorned with golden armor, much like Ghidorah from the Godzilla series.

Zhou Qi could clearly feel the same Mental Energy fluctuations on its body as on the Little Taicang Dragon before him.

Suddenly, the world seemed to be violently stirred by an invisible giant hand. The three-headed golden Dragon below and the Tai Cang Dragons fell into a frenzy.

A world-ending war descended without warning. The sky collapsed and the earth split, lightning flashed and thunder roared, and a massive tsunami, like a towering wall of water, swept in.

This three-headed golden Dragon continuously fought against various strange beasts, and one after another, bizarre giant beasts died beneath it.

From the ocean to the sky and then to the land, clouds were dispersed, large areas of the seabed were flooded, and continental plates were cracked......
